CLP, Inc. Systems will analyze each individual/home client and business client on the basis of software, hardware, and other equipment to determine which pay scale your situation will fall under. One of the following charges with the evaluation is listed below:
Referral Program
- Free Evaluation(s) up until work has to be performed to determine the root of the problem/situation, plus to know all the parts that will be involved
with a $5.00 travel fee
(the fee will be absorbed within the minimum rate when labor is applied).
- Missed appointments will have a fee of
$10.00**.
- A
verbal quote will be followed by a
written quote that must be signed by the authorizing client.
Once written quotes are approved they will be
followed be a written invoice for billing.
- All equipment/part(s) needed must be paid
up-front with paying the remaining balance after the
work/job is completed before returning any equipment that is in the possession
of CLP, Inc. Systems.
- For Individual/Home Clients with PC equipment, which is
not connected to a network except the Internet, will be charged the following:
- $45.00** per hour of Labor with a
minimum of a 1 Hour charge, and there after in
30 minutes increments.
- Saturday – If called upon and not previously scheduled,
overtime will apply at 1.5 times each hour worked.
- Sunday & Holidays – Unless scheduled ahead of time,
double time will apply at
2 times each hour worked.
- For Individual/Home, Media Center, & Home Networking Clients with PC equipment, which is connected to a network in a
Peer-to-Peer or with one (1) Home Server configuration that may include the Internet, will be charged the following:
- $55.00** per hour of Labor with a
minimum of a 1 Hour charge, and there after in
30 minutes increments.
- Saturday – If called upon and not previously scheduled,
overtime will apply at 1.5 times each hour worked.
- Sunday & Holidays – Unless scheduled ahead of time,
double time will apply at
2 times each hour worked.
- For SOHO (Small Office/Home Office) & SMB (Small/Medium Business) Clients with PC
Networking equipment, which is connected to a network in a
Peer-to-Peer or up to three (3) small-to-medium scale Servers configuration that may include the Internet, will be charged the following:
- $70.00** per hour of Labor with a
minimum of a 1 Hour charge, and there after in
30 minutes increments.
- Saturday – If called upon and not previously scheduled,
overtime will apply at 1.5 times each hour worked.
- Sunday & Holidays – Unless scheduled ahead of time,
double time will apply at
2 times each hour worked.
- For SOHO (Small Office/Home Office), SMB (Small/Medium Business), & other Larger Clients with PC Networking equipment, including the Internet and at least
three (3) or more medium-to-large scale Servers, will be charged the following:
- $110.00** to
$200.00** per hour of Labor with a
minimum of a 2 Hours charge, and there after in
1 hour increments.
- Saturday – If called upon and not previously scheduled,
overtime will apply at 1.5 times each hour worked.
- Sunday & Holidays – Unless scheduled ahead of time,
double time will apply at
2 times each hour worked.
- SOHO’s & SMB’s are considered to having up to 10 workstations in a
peer-to-peer configuration without a server or up to 25 workstations in a
server-based configuration having no more than 3 servers.
- Businesses with more than 25 workstations & 3 servers are considered
medium-size or medium-to-large organizations.
- The Optional On-Call Services are available on an "as needed" bases with
all cost to the client with no discounted rates as listed above.
- Our Referral Program for
Consulting Services Division:
- Send an Individual or any size Business to us for any
of our Networking/Computing Service(s).
- After the Individual or Business pays in full, You
will receive a Gift
Album valued at $20 or
$30 to browse for your Free Gift to be
delivered to your door.
